I was surprised the garter fit my thighs without squeezing them horribly. I got a size 12. My weight fluctuates between 193lbs, and 200lbs. I wear a L/XL normally, size 12 normally in pants, and my bra size is about a D/DD 38-40 ans I'm 5'3" for reference. Get it!

Very flattering & stretchy! As for comfort I only had it on for about 5 mins before hubby ripped it off. For the price so worth it! I hand washed it and ready for another wear.
